The 2 story library contains memorabilia and furnishings from the Washington office of Sam Rayburn. Sam or “Mr Sam” as he is affectionately known was one of the country’s most powerful and influential Speakers of the House
The Sherman Jazz Museum, housed in a 1924 three-story historical landmark building, is ADA exempt and is not wheelchair accessible. The museum’s collection centers around material from the Maynard Ferguson estate, which the Collins family purchased in 2006.

The Three Valley Museum opened in 1976. The name comes from the book written by Henry McCreary, titled “Queen of Three Valleys,” The museum features and early day law office and a doctor’s office. Other areas include a child’s room, parlor, and general store.
