Home Hospice Quality of Life Workshops begin in January

Home Hospice Quality of Life WorkshopHome Hospice of Grayson, Cooke, and Fannin Counties will offer quality of life workshops during January and February.  The support groups are open to anyone in our community who wishes to attend.  Space is limited so reservations are suggested.

The Grief Support Group will meet on Tuesday mornings from 10 am to 11 am on January 17, 24, 31 and February 7, 14 and 21, 2017.  Topics of discussion will be Not “getting over it”, Myths about grief, Does time heal all wounds? and learning to cope.  This workshop is open to anyone in our community who wishes to attend.  The workshop will be held at the Home Hospice office, 505 W. Center Street, Sherman, Texas.

Cooking for OneCooking for One support group will be on Mondays from 11:30 am – 1 pm beginning January 16, 2017.  Workshops will be held January 16, 23, 30 and February 6 at the TEAM Center 806 W. 16th Street, Bonham, Texas 75418.  This class is designed for those who have recently suffered a loss.  If you are a First Time Cook or Experienced Pro, this workshop supports you in finding ways to enjoy cooking for one.   Participants will be helping prepare lunch in class.  Cooking for One is free!
