Join the excitement, high energy and extraordinary workout as we have the honor to host Les Mills US Master Trainer/Presenter Katie Knuepper who will lead us through a heart pumping, BODYCOMBAT class Friday, December 2nd at 5:30 pm!

Katie has been teaching Les Mills since 2013. She started her instructor journey with BODYCOMBAT and now holds 8 Les Mills Certifications, ACE and AFAA Group Fitness Certifications. She joined the TAP Team in 2017 and is a Trainer/Presenter for BODYCOMBAT and Les Mills TONE. She lives in Austin, TX
