Catfish Rodeo at Waterloo Lake – Denison
Join us for the Catfish Rodeo at Waterloo Lake on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9:00 to 11:30 AM. This event is open to all ages, with divisions for adults and youth, making it a perfect outing for families and anglers of all experience levels.
Event Highlights:
- Entry fees: $5 for Denison residents and $10 for non-residents
- Hotdog lunch and refreshments provided for all registrants
- Prizes, door prizes, and a casting contest
- The first 50 registrants will receive a free cap
- Registration is limited to 80 anglers and will open soon.
As part of Texas’s Free Fishing Day, no license or endorsement is required to fish recreationally. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or trying fishing for the first time, this is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and discover the joys of fishing.
