Kids Fishing Derby at Pebblebrook Pond, Sherman
Join us for a fun-filled morning at our Annual Kids Fishing Derby on February 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Pebblebrook Pond! This exciting event is open to all kids under the age of 17 and is perfect for both first-time anglers and seasoned young fishers.
The pond will be stocked with trout, giving everyone a great chance to reel in a big catch. Families should come prepared with their own bait, and fishing poles are encouraged. Throughout the morning, kids can enjoy food, games, and plenty of prizes, including awards for biggest fish, smallest fish, and the heaviest string of five fish, with prizes awarded for each age category.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to assist as needed, but this special time is reserved just for the kids to fish, helping them build confidence and have fun in a supportive environment. Bring the whole family and make memories that will last long after the lines are reeled in!
