Sherman Parks and Recreation Spring Break Runner2Runner Track/Field Camp
This camp encourages a lifelong love of track and field! Run-Jump-Throw training and competition are introduced in a safe, positive, and supportive environment. Personalized and progressive workouts will establish and build athleticism and instill confidence in your child, plus, the workouts are fun! Games, proper breathing mechanics, form, etiquette, dynamic drills, and nutrition are all topics covered in the program.
