Refuge Rocks – Dig It! The Amazing World Under Our Feet (ages 5 – 10)
What looks like “just dirt” is actually a living ecosystem full of fascinating discoveries!
Join us at Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge for Dig It!, a free, hands-on environmental science program designed for children ages 5–10. Through interactive activities, a fun lesson, and a take-home craft, young explorers will discover how soil helps grow our food, filters water, and provides homes for countless tiny creatures.
