Cabernet Cottage Sleeps 6

We are excited to share our upgraded home with you! The Cabernet Cottage has over 1,400 luxurious square feet for you to create lifelong memories. Our three bedrooms consist of two queen beds, one full bed and sleeps 6. Both full size bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The fully stocked kitchen has everything from pots/pans/dishes/glasses to specialty items. Hang out at the turquoise bar in the dining room and enjoy an adult beverage with our cocktail glasses. There is a high-top table that creates the perfect business center for our guests who need to work on the go. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, complete with complimentary laundry detergent. Our guest closet is loaded with board games, casino games, Wii Sports, Rock Band, exercise equipment, puzzles, extra bedding, and more! On the party patio, you will find party lights and a charcoal grill/smoker.

The patio leads into a spacious backyard with a fire pit, outdoor chairs, and a horseshoe pit perfect for friendly or competitive activities! Adorable and safe neighborhood great for walks, enjoying coffee on the glider, or gazing at the sunset. Located only 5 minutes from Choctaw Casino (great concerts!), 15 minutes from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, 20 minutes from Lake Texoma (great boating and fishing!), 35 minutes to Blake Shelton’s “Ole Red Restaurant and Bar”, and minutes from delicious restaurants makes this an ideal location.
