What you need to know before you ride….
•Trail is open from 8:00 a.m. to sunset and may close at any time due to weather conditions or parking limitations. For current trail status information, stay tuned to Facebook or call the park phone number 903-465-1956 (select option 5).
•All Off-Highway Vehicles must remain trailered in the park unless on the OHV trail or actively loading/unloading at the OHV trailhead.
•All trail machines are limited to a maximum of 50” in width.
•No pets are allowed on the trail.
•All other park rules apply.
Must Haves:
•Eye protection and a DOT approved helmet must be worn while riding on the trail.
•A current OHV decal needs to be attached to your machine. These are available for purchase at Eisenhower State Park headquarters during business hours.
•When operating an ATV, a valid safety certification must be carried and presented to any law enforcement officer upon request. Certification classes can be done through local instructors or via an online course such as the ATV e-course conducted by the ATV Safety Institute (https://atvsafety.org) – Be sure to pay for and print out your safety certification.
