Welcome to Lakecrest Landing! This newly decorated 3-bedroom, 2 bath home is surrounded by gorgeous trees and nestled in the hills of the Tanglewood neighborhood at Lake Texoma. We just finished replacing all of the floors and renovating the master shower in April 2021.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The beds have brand new foam mattresses. There is also plenty of room for the air mattress that is provided if needed. There are smart tv’s in each bedroom, plus each room has dedicated dressers and closets to store your things as your enjoy your vacation.
The living room is furnished with a couch and a loveseat and a 65″ smart tv for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, blender, mixer, bakeware, and cooking necessities. It is also equipped with a stove, microwave and a refrigerator, plus an additional small fridge for beverages and there is plenty of seating at the dining table for 8 people.
The home has a large deck with outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails and a new propane gas grill perfect for showing off your bbq skills. The hanging lights throughout the front of the property enhance the evening ambiance as your friends and family relax on the deck. There is a new TV on the deck as well. Pets are welcome up to 60 lbs (max 2) and there is a side dog run area. There are additional fees for pets.
The house has free Wifi and tons of board games for your enjoyment. There is a covered parking area and additional grass parking with plenty of room for a trailer if you are bringing your own boat or jet skis.
Lakecrest Landing is located less than 1 mile from Lake Texoma, Highport Marina, the Island Restaurant and Bar and the boat ramps. Boat Rentals are available at several marinas or book a water taxi to take you over to a beach for the day. Bring your clubs to play golf at the Tanglewood Golf Club or try your luck at Choctaw Casino just 30 minutes away. There is also horseback riding just a few miles down the road or explore the Hagerman Wildlife Refuge and many nature trails in the area.
