Wildlife seen on property includes deer, ferrel hogs, turkey, armadillo, raccoons, squirrels and hawks. Woods are a mix of majestic elm, pecan, oak, and bois d’arc trees.
Located off Hwy 82, 15 minutes est of Sherman.

There is a maximum 22 people that can stay in this home including children. Renter must be at least 25 years old. We are sorry, but due to wildlife considerations, and out of concern for the safety of your animal, NO PETS are allowed.
