Set in historic Denison, TX, built in 1911, the Katy depot offers a remarkable space for shopping, events, shared workspace, restaurants, and loft living.
Originally called the Union Station, the KATY Depot Denison building is located in Denison’s Historic East End District. President Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt stopped here in 1936 during his centennial visit. Since its construction, this brick railroad passenger station with red granite and terracotta trim has come to stand as a symbol of Denison. It is now operated as an event center often used for exquisite weddings and receptions.
Today it is used as an event center and is a favorite selection for beautiful weddings and receptions as well as meetings and other special events.
