Rooster Creek Campground on Lake Texoma in Lake Texoma State Park close to Kingston, Oklahoma. Lake Texoma is Oklahoma’s second-largest lake and one of the premier striped bass hot spots in the region. Lake Texoma State Park‘s overnight facilities include full hookup RV sites, RV sites with water and electric and tent sites. The on-site Rally Campground offers an open grass area with electric clusters complete with 30-amp electric and water service. Online reservations must be made for all RV and tent campsites.
RESERVATIONS
Lake Texoma State Park’s overnight facilities include RV and tent campgrounds. There are 88 full hookup (modern) RV sites, 41 (semi-modern) RV sites with water and electric. 160 tent sites are available. Check-in time for campsite reservations is 5:00pm. Check-out time is 2:00pm. The privately operated Catfish Bay Marina located within the park offers a full service marina with a fuel dock and striper guide fishing services. The Marina Mart convenience store at the entrance of the park is available for grocery items and fuel. Picnic tables and fire rings are available in day-use areas but are on a first come, first serve basis.

Senior Discount:
- For campers age 62 and older, Oklahoma State Parks offer a $2 discount on the base rate per night, with proper age confirmation. Additional rates for electric, sewer or water are not discounted. This discount is based on availability and demand and may not be available for all dates in-season.
Totally Disabled Discount:
- Totally disabled discounts are 50% off the base campsite rate with proof of disability such as a Medicare card (for those under the age of 65), notice of total disability from the Social Security Administration, Veterans hunting/fishing permit showing 100% disability signed by the Director of ODVA, letter of disability from Workers Comp, insurance or retirement boards or signed letter from personal physician on letterhead.
