The Eisenhower State Park Swim Beach is Open!
A few hours in the Eisenhower State Park sandy swimming cove and your cares will float away. The designated swimming area is in a small cove in the Elm Point Camping Area located in the northwest tip of the park. Swim at your own risk. There are NO LIFEGUARD on duty. No pets or glass containers are allowed in the swimming area. No vessels and no fishing is allowed in the swimming area. Day use entrance fee is $5.00.
Eisenhower State Park may be reached by taking U.S. Highway 75 out of Dallas; take Exit 72 to State Highway 91 North to Denison Dam to FM 1310 West, and travel 1.8 miles to the Park Road 20 entrance.
