We are two miles south of Alberta Creek Marina in the Washita Point Hideaway Community. It is a very quiet neighborhood. There is also beach access about a half mile south of us at the end of Washita Point Rd. 15 minutes south of Catfish Bay and Chickasaw Point Golf Resort.
