Lake Texoma Biking Trails offer challenging dirt or gravel paths winding through the forested hills and across the prairies, along the rocky shores or atop the cliffs overlooking the lake. Highway 289 from Dallas to Pottsboro is designated as a North Texas Biking Trails route and the shoulders are extra wide for bikers safety. Each year Texoma is host for the Kiwanis Club Race, the Red River Rally. This cycling race has challenges for all levels of experience.
